By the age of 22, Brent had purchased his 2nd home- a condo he still owns today. A lifelong learner adept at making the most of every experience, Brent gleaned a great deal from his first rental property, using the insight to clearly visualize a clear path to both personal and professional success. Discarding what didn't work and retaining what did, he reinvested, and within a few years, he owned a sizable portfolio of properties and stock investments. Motivated by a meaningful conversation with his mother, he dicided to transition into full-time real estate and closed $4M in his first four months.
